After 'x' years as a Personal Trainer, servicing thousands of clients, I won't work with just anyone! That's why we take the first step of analysing your current level of fitness. This allows us to get clear on what needs to be done. Next we'll get clear on exactly what you'd like to to achive and I'll let you know if that is something that I can help you with.
What You’ll Do Before the Call
You'll need to complete my pre-exercise screening form so I can get a complete understanding of your physical history so we can create a baseline to work from.
What Happens During the Call
We'll start to dig in deep and explore exactly what you've done in the past and most importantly what your future fitness goals look like and the game plan to get there!
What Are The Next Steps?
Once we are crystal clear on the game plan, I will present to you exactly how I work with clients, this inludes all the program offerrings and investment options.

Doing the BASE program with Coach JD has been amazing. The customized workout program fits my busy schedule, and the app helps me stay on track with calories and protein visually. JD is always there to answer questions and provide assistance. The Before/After feature for progress pics is a highlight, showcasing the incredible changes in my body. Starting at a size 12-14, I'm now a comfortable size 8 in the 50s weight range. I feel fitter, look better, and have more energy as a mother!


Since joining JD's BASE program in April, I've lost over 8kg in 2.5 months, staying on track with my fitness goals.
